These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RT Hub application and website ("RT Hub"), provided by RYCO AI, LLC ("RYCO AI," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using RT Hub, you agree to these Terms.
1. What RT Hub is
RT Hub is an educational and reference tool for respiratory therapists and students, offering board-style practice questions, flashcards, calculators, and reference material. It is a study and bedside-utility product only.
2. Subscriptions & billing
- RT Hub is offered on a weekly subscription, a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Free trial: the monthly and annual plans include a 3-day free trial. The free trial is limited to one per account, ever, across the monthly and annual plans — if you have already used a trial on either plan, you are not eligible for another. The weekly plan and the founding lifetime plan do not include a free trial.
- Auto-renewal: weekly, monthly, and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period; if you are on a free trial, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings (for purchases made through those stores), or as otherwise indicated for web purchases.
- Founding lifetime: the discounted founding lifetime price is limited to the first 100 members; afterward, lifetime access is offered at the standard price. Lifetime purchases do not renew and provide access for the lifetime of the product.
3. Refunds
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to those platforms' refund policies, and refund requests for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google. For web purchases, contact stefan@rycoai.com.
4. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RT Hub for your own educational and reference purposes. You do not acquire ownership of the app or its content. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer RT Hub or its question bank and content.
5. Acceptable use
- Use RT Hub only for lawful, personal, educational purposes.
- Do not share, scrape, or republish the question bank, flashcards, or other content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
6. Medical disclaimer
RT Hub is an educational and reference tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis or treatment decisions. The content is sourced from standard respiratory care references (Egan's, Kacmarek, AARC Clinical Practice Guidelines) but is not a substitute for clinical training, supervision, or institutional protocols. 7. No affiliation with credentialing bodies
RT Hub is independent. Practice questions are aligned to publicly available NBRC Detailed Content Outlines, but RT Hub is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) or any other credentialing organization.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RYCO AI, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of or reliance on RT Hub. RT Hub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Your use of RT Hub is at your own discretion and risk, and clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified personnel following institutional protocols.
9. Changes to the service or Terms
We may modify RT Hub or these Terms from time to time. Material changes to the Terms will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
